This hotel offers a great location just a four-minute walk from the stunning Plaza Mayor. Rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing, with ample space for belongings. However, the noise levels from neighboring rooms can be disruptive, especially on the first floor where conversations are easily heard. The bar closes early and breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30, which could be inconvenient for early risers. Additionally, we encountered a lack of water during our stay, although this issue wasn't communicated well by the staff. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly front desk staff were always willing to assist, making our stay enjoyable overall.

My initial room faced a concrete wall, which was a huge disappointment. When I requested a room change, I was told there would be a delay of two days before I could move. Finally, I was placed in a room with a view, but it was cramped and uncomfortable, leading to a frustrating experience overall.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. Plenty of towels and toiletries were provided. The staff was very helpful in extending my stay and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and a nice view from the upper floors accessible by elevator.

Had a great time with friends! The location couldn’t be better, right near shops and a short walk to amazing sights. The restaurant below seems to be a local favorite. If you're looking for things to do, check out La Glorieta Bull Ring and Villamayor Golf for some fun activities.

Our WiFi wasn’t working in the room, so we had to head to the lobby for access, which was a bit inconvenient.

Recommend it for groups seeking a solid base

The place is located close to some of the major sights, we were just a couple minutes from bars for after dinner drinks. The room was nice and big enough for two people, clean and happened to be on the sixth floor offering a killer view of the town.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

Just a solid selection for a fleeting trip in Salamanca with reasonable value. The staff are super helpful if you need a taxi called. Try to avoid rooms on the first floor to dodge morning noise from the dining area.
